Membership Enhancements: Announcement

We are presently installing an enhanced membership system.  During the installation and configuration you may experience some odd behavior with the site when registering or logging in as a member at tweetmyscore.com 

This does NOT affect scorekeeper twitter accounts, scorekeeper registration or any of our contact forms.

We will provide a general announcement here when the enhancements are complete.  If you have already registered as a member on the site you will also receive an email introducing you to the enhanced features.

What is Tweet My Score?

Tweet My Score is a clearinghouse for high school sports fan that want an easy way to get up to the minute high school sports score reports.

When a high school sports announcer lamented over the fact that there is just no easy way to get updated scores during game time, Tweet My Score was born!

Using the Tweet My Score Network you have access to a centralized directory of the awesome folks sitting in the stands, in the booth or on the field who maintain Twitter Scores Only Accounts for their team so you can stay up to date on what's going on.   The TMS Network is a valuable tool for fans, announcers, radio DJ's, sports related website owners and there are a variety of ways to use it.  If you have specific questions about how you can use it please contact us, we're happy to help.  

Who updates scores for the Tweet My Score Network?  We call them:  ScoreKeepers... otherwise known as the special men and women that attend high school games and want to announce their teams progress to the world.  The network of Tweet My Score Twitter accounts are all maintained by dedicated fans (like you?). 

We invite you to...

  • Explore the network. 
  • Follow the teams that interest you. 
  • Be a ScoreKeeper for the team you love.
  • Ask us to help you get your Twitter account set up so you can follow (or keep score).
  • Ask us how you can install a feed on your website for your favorite teams.

Why register as a user?

You may have noticed the login and register fields at the top of the page and wondered... why should I register?

We will be installing an enhanced membership system within the next week that will allow us to effectively communicate with you based on your interest in the Tweet My Score Network. We will have special designation for ScoreKeepers, Media, Webmasters, Coaches and Fans.

We encourage you to register now and when we make the switch to the new system we should be able to import your membership and assign you to the appropriate group in the new system.
